I had a move from Houston to San Francisco. Long Distance Movers took care of it with no headache. They arrived on time, packed and wrapped everything, and delivered my stuff as planned. There were a few scratches on some items, which were insured as part of the package. The insurance claim was resolved quite fast. I’m happy with their service and totally recommend them.
After a lot of yelping I found this company and I’m glad that I made the right decision to go with them. They came and wrapped up all of my things quickly. They were super helpful and everything was very concise.
The guys honestly blew my mind when it came to movers, hands down not the last time I use Long Distance Movers, and I was informed on their vehicle transportation which WILL come to great use for my families move to Georgia.
They gave you a moving consultant who was both the estimator and the point person through the whole process and mine was great. The estimate ended up being exactly what I was charged. The movers took great care of all my possessions .Throughout the move they were in constant contact with me and followed up with any questions I had via in a 24hrs or less. Everything arrived just how it left.
Went with the full packing and moving service from LDM. Had a lot to pack and the rate never shifted from what they told me in the beginning, which seems to happen a lot with moving. Guys worked quick and clean. They even dusted off and cleaned a few things before wrapping and packing. No damages or anything negative moments. They showed up early too! No Complaints. 5 stars – well deserved.
LDM showed up on time & provided a good experience for the whole move. We have a two floor apartment with a winding stair case we assumed we be an issue. The movers really made it happen. They had to take a part a few pieces of furniture to get it all down but they worked smart. The movers were dedicated and clearly knew what they were doing. We relocated to Portland and had no issues.
We hired their movers to help us move from our townhouse in Tampa to our new house in San Francisco. We arranged everything over the phone and email. They put everything in writing without any fine print or confusing details. Movers were very professional and moved everything smoothly for us in just 10 days. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.
Used these guys for my move literally across the country to Albany, New York. The people I spoke to over the phone were very patient and friendly with me.The quote was competitive and they took time to break down the pricing and how they factor it too. The moving team that came were on time and took very good care our things. All the way from the west coast to the east coast without any hiccups. You guys did a stellar job and I really felt compelled to give them a proper thanks here for their hard work and dedication to our move. Would absolutely recommend them those moving out of state.
It was great doing business with LDM. Movers did an amazing job helping us move out of our office and into a new building a city away. We had to downsize things due the Covid-19 pandemic and get a smaller space. Thankfully these guys were still able to honor our move. Moving to me is a very essential service. Their team packed all of our electric equipment with care, all in one day. The move took place the following day. When they arrived at the new location we were really surprised what they did next. Instead of jus placing thing in the rooms we wanted. They took it step further and helped us organize our new space. They rotated furniture, put computers and printers on desks and took care of some trash for us as well. Such a great ending to the move.
