There were a few scratches on some items, which were insured as part of the package. The insurance claim was resolved quite fast. I’m happy with their service and totally recommend them.

The movers took great care of all my possessions .Throughout the move they were in constant contact with me and followed up with any questions I had via in a 24hrs or less. Went with the full packing and moving service from LDM. Had a lot to pack and the rate never shifted from what they told me in the beginning, which seems to happen a lot with moving. Guys worked quick and clean. They even dusted off and cleaned a few things before wrapping and packing. No damages or anything negative moments. They showed up early too! LDM showed up on time & provided a good experience for the whole move. We have a two floor apartment with a winding stair case we assumed we be an issue. The movers really made it happen. They had to take a part a few pieces of furniture to get it all down but they worked smart. The movers were dedicated and clearly knew what they were doing. We had to downsize things due the Covid-19 pandemic and get a smaller space. Thankfully these guys were still able to honor our move. Moving to me is a very essential service. Their team packed all of our electric equipment with care, all in one day. The move took place the following day. When they arrived at the new location we were really surprised what they did next. Instead of jus placing thing in the rooms we wanted. They took it step further and helped us organize our new space. They rotated furniture, put computers and printers on desks and took care of some trash for us as well. Such a great ending to the move.
