There were a few scratches on some items, which were insured as part of the package. The insurance claim was resolved quite fast. I’m happy with their service and totally recommend them.

The movers took great care of all my possessions .Throughout the move they were in constant contact with me and followed up with any questions I had via in a 24hrs or less. Guys worked quick and clean. They even dusted off and cleaned a few things before wrapping and packing. No damages or anything negative moments. They showed up early too! LDM showed up on time & provided a good experience for the whole move. We have a two floor apartment with a winding stair case we assumed we be an issue. The movers really made it happen. They had to take a part a few pieces of furniture to get it all down but they worked smart. The movers were dedicated and clearly knew what they were doing. Their team packed all of our electric equipment with care, all in one day. The move took place the following day. When they arrived at the new location we were really surprised what they did next.
